Welcome to Trinity River Guides Association

Trinity River Guides Association (TRGA) represents the licensed and permitted professional sport fishing guides on 110+ river miles of the Trinity and Lower Klamath Rivers. All of the guides in the TRGA must have an active state DFG guide license along with a current BLM or Forestry use permit. The TRGA collectively average approximately 5,000 client days each year on the Trinity River, contributing over two million dollars to the local communities.

 

 

The recreational sport fishing season on the Trinity is one of the longest seasons in the Western United States spanning a full 10 months, only to be temporarily interrupted in May and June by the seasonal high water runoff. Our mission statement is simple: To protect and preserve the Trinity River and all of its fish, wildlife, and habitat.
